Psalm 119:137–152

^137aRighteous are You, O Yahweh,

And upright are Your judgments.

¹³⁸In ^arighteousness, You have commanded Your testimonies

And in exceeding ^bfaithfulness.

¹³⁹My ^azeal has ¹consumed me,

Because my adversaries have forgotten Your words.

¹⁴⁰Your ^1aword is exceedingly refined,

Therefore Your slave ^bloves it.

¹⁴¹I am small and ^adespised,

Yet I do not ^bforget Your precepts.

¹⁴²Your righteousness is an everlasting righteousness,

And ^aYour law is truth.

¹⁴³Trouble and anguish have found me,

Yet Your commandments are my ^adelight.

¹⁴⁴Righteous are Your ^atestimonies forever;

^bGive me understanding that I may live.

I will ^bobserve Your statutes.

And I shall keep Your testimonies.

¹⁴⁷I ^1aeagerly greet the dawn and cry for help;

I ²wait for Your words.

¹⁴⁸My eyes ¹eagerly greet the ^anight watches,

That I may ^bmuse on Your ²word.

¹⁴⁹Hear my voice ^aaccording to Your lovingkindness;

^bO Yahweh, revive me, according to Your judgments.

¹⁵⁰¹Near are those who pursue wickedness;

They are far from Your law.

^151aNear are You, O Yahweh,

And all Your commandments are ^btruth.

¹⁵²Of old I have ^aknown from Your testimonies

That You have founded them ^bforever.
