137You are righteous, Lord,ap
and your judgments are just.
138The decrees you issue are righteous
and altogether trustworthy.aq
139My anger overwhelms me
because my foes forget your words.ar
140Your word is completely pure,as
and your servant loves it.at
141I am insignificant and despised,au
but I do not forget your precepts.av
142Your righteousness is an everlasting righteousness,
and your instruction is true.aw
143Trouble and distress have overtaken me,
but your commands are my delight.ax
144Your decrees are righteous forever.ay
Give me understanding, and I will live.

145I call with all my heart; answer me, Lord.
I will obey your statutes.az
146I call to you; save me,
and I will keep your decrees.a
147I rise before dawn and cry out for help;b
I put my hope in your word.
148I am awake through each watch of the night
to meditate on your promise.c
149In keeping with your faithful love, hear my voice.
Lord, give me life in keeping with your justice.d
150Those who pursue evil plansAe come near;
they are far from your instruction.
151You are near, Lord,f
and all your commands are true.g
152Long ago I learned from your decrees
that you have established them forever.h
