Salmo 64
Oración pidiendo protección divina
Al director del coro. Salmo de David.
Escucha mi voz, oh Dios, en mi queja1a;
guarda mi vida del terror del enemigob.
2Escóndeme de los planes secretos1 de los malhechoresa,
del asalto2 de los obradores de iniquidadb,
3que afilan su lenguaa como espada,
y lanzan palabras amargas como saetab,
4para herir1 en oculto al íntegro2a;
lo hieren repentinamente, y no temenb.
5Se aferran1 en propósitos malignos;
hablan2 de tender trampas en secretoa,
y dicen: ¿Quién las veráb?
6Traman1 injusticias, diciendo:
Estamos listos2 con una trama bien concebida;
pues los pensamientos3a del hombre y su corazón son profundos4.
7Pero Dios les disparará1a con saeta;
repentinamente serán heridos2.
8Vuelven su lengua tropezaderoa contra sí mismos1b;
todos los que los vean menearán la cabezac.
9Entonces todos los hombres temerán1a,
y declararán2 la obra de Diosb,
10El justo se alegrará en el Señora, y en Él se refugiaráb;
y todos los rectos de corazón se gloriarán.
