Psalm 64
To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David.
1Hear my voice, O God, in my aprayer:
Preserve my life from fear of the enemy.
2Hide me from bthe secret counsel of the wicked;
From bthe insurrection of bbthe workers of iniquity:
3cWho whet their tongue like a sword,
And dbend their bows to shoot their arrows, even bitter words:
4eThat they may shoot fin secret at the perfect:
Suddenly do they shoot at him, and fffear not.
5gThey encourage themselves in an evil ||matter:
They commune †of laying snares privily;
hThey say, Who shall see them?
6They search out iniquities;
||They accomplish †a diligent search:
Both ithe inward thought of every one of them, and the heart, is deep.
7But God dshall shoot at them with an arrow;
Suddenly †shall they be wounded.
8So they shall make ktheir own tongue to fall upon themselves:
lAll that msee them shall mmflee away.
9And all men shall mfear,
And shall ndeclare the work of God;
For they shall owisely consider of his doing.
10pThe righteous shall be glad in the Lord, and qshall trust in him;
