Philippians 4:10–19

God’s Provisions

¹⁰But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly, that now at last ^ayou have revived your concern for me; indeed, you were concerned before, but you lacked opportunity.

¹¹Not that I speak ¹from want, for I have learned to be ^2acontent in whatever circumstances I am.

¹²I know how to get along with humble means, and I also know how to live in prosperity; in any and every circumstance I have learned the secret of being filled and going ^ahungry, both of having abundance and ^bsuffering need.

¹³I can do all things ¹through Him who ^astrengthens me.

¹⁴Nevertheless, you have done well to ^ashare with me in my affliction.

¹⁵You yourselves also know, Philippians, that at the ^1afirst preaching of the gospel, after I left ^bMacedonia, no church ^cshared with me in the matter of giving and receiving but you alone;

¹⁶for even in ^aThessalonica you sent a gift more than once for my needs.

^17aNot that I seek the gift itself, but I seek for the ¹profit which increases to your account.

¹⁸But I have received everything in full and have an abundance; I am ¹amply supplied, having received from ^aEpaphroditus ²what you have sent, ^3ba fragrant aroma, an acceptable sacrifice, well-pleasing to God.

¹⁹And ^amy God will supply ¹all your needs according to His ^briches in glory in Christ Jesus.
