Psalm 110

A Psalm of *David.

1aThe Lord said unto my Lord,

bSit thou cat my right hand,

dUntil I make thine enemies thy efootstool.

2The Lord shall send the frod of thy strength gout of Zion:

hRule thou in the midst of thine enemies.

3iThy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, kin the beauties of holiness

||From the womb of the morning: thou hast lthe dew of thy youth.

4mThe Lord nhath sworn, and owill not repent,

mpThou art a qpriest rfor ever

After the order of sMelchizedek.

5The Lord tat thy right hand

yShall strike through ukings in wthe day of xhis wrath.

6He shall judge among the heathen, he shall fill the places with the dead bodies;

He yshall wound the heads over ||many countries.

7He zshall drink of the brook in the way:

Therefore shall he lift up the head.

Psalm 111

1†Praise ye the Lord.

aI will praise the Lord with my whole heart,

bIn the assembly of the upright, and ain the congregation.

2cThe works of the Lord are great,

Sought out of all them that have pleasure therein.

3dHis work is ehonourable and glorious:

And fhis righteousness endureth for ever.

4He hath made his wonderful works to be remembered:

The Lord is ggracious and full of compassion.

5He hath given †hmeat unto them that fear him:

He will ever be mindful of his covenant.

6He hath shewed his people the power of his works,

That he may give them the heritage of the heathen.

7The works of his hands are iverity and judgment;

All his commandments are ksure.

8lThey †stand fast for ever and ever,

And are done in illtruth and uprightness.

9mHe sent nredemption unto his people:

He hath commanded his covenant for ever:

oHoly and opreverend is his name.

10The fear of the Lord is the beginning of qwisdom:

||A good understanding have all they †that do rhis commandments:

His praise fendureth for ever.
