2 Timothy 3:14–4:5
14 But as for you, continue in what you have learned and firmly believed. You know those who taught you, g 15 and you know that from childhood you have known the sacred Scriptures, h which are able to give you wisdom for salvation i through faith in Christ Jesus. 16 All Scripture is inspired by God j k and is profitable for teaching, for rebuking, for correcting, for training in righteousness, 17 so that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work. l
4 I solemnly charge you before God and Christ Jesus, who is going to judge m the living and the dead, n and because of His appearing and His kingdom: o 2 Proclaim the message; persist in it whether convenient or not; rebuke, correct, and encourage with great patience and teaching. 3 For the time will come when they will not tolerate sound doctrine, p but according to their own desires, will multiply teachers for themselves because they have an itch to hear something new. q 4 They will turn away from hearing the truth and will turn aside to myths. r 5 But as for you, be serious about everything, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, s fulfill your ministry.
