Pseudo-Ezekiel, Dead Sea Scrolls Texts A number of nonbiblical Hebrew fragments initially considered to be one text but now considered two, with the other called Apocryphon of Jeremiah C. These texts, which were among the Dead Sea Scrolls found at Qumran in 1946–47, are related to the characters of Ezekiel and Jeremiah, and at times include words pseudonymously ascribed to them. With its use of biblical material, Pseudo-Ezekiel is often classified as parabiblical or rewritten Bible with Apocryphon of Jeremiah C generally classified as previously unknown pseudepigrapha.
