* Praise ye the Lord.
(א) aI will praise the Lord with my whole heart,
(ב) bIn the assembly of the upright, and ain the congregation.
2 (ג) cThe works of the Lord are great,
(ד) Sought out of all them that have pleasure therein.
3 (ה) dHis work is ehonourable and glorious:
(ו) And fhis righteousness endureth for ever.
4 (ז) He hath made his wonderful works to be remembered:
(ח) The Lord is ggracious and full of compassion.
5 (ט) He hath given * hmeat unto them that fear him:
(י) He will ever be mindful of his covenant.
6 (כ) He hath shewed his people the power of his works,
(ל) That he may give them the heritage of the heathen.
7 (מ) The works of his hands are iverity and judgment;
(נ) All his commandments are ksure.
8 (ס) lThey * stand fast for ever and ever,
(ע) And are done in illtruth and uprightness.
9 (פ) mHe sent nredemption unto his people:
(צ) He hath commanded his covenant for ever:
(ק) oHoly and opreverend is his name.
10 (ר) The fear of the Lord is the beginning of qwisdom:
(ש) * A good understanding have all they * that do rhis commandments:
(ת) His praise fendureth for ever.
