O child of God, death hath lost its sting, because the devil’s power over it is destroyed! Then cease to fear dying. Christ Jesus is gold without alloy—light without darkness—glory without cloud. Doubts are dreary things in times of sorrow. Like wasps they sting the soul. As warm as is His love to sinners, so hot is His hatred of sin; as perfect as is His righteousness, so complete shall be the destruction of every form of wickedness.
