Women tend to be more concerned with what their spiritual giftedness does to them, whereas men may be more concerned with what their spiritual giftedness does through them. As an example, in the parable of the talents, the owner of the field gave to the first servant five talents, to the second servant three talents, and to the last servant one talent.
