This gives us a jumping off point to elaborate on our initial exploration by digging deeper into particular contexts to follow the contours of how the issue plays out in the lives of those involved. Finally, this permits us to synthesize the key concepts into an informed understanding of how an issue is discussed in the Bible and what circumstances shape that discussion.
