In some books on occult philosophy, angelic rulers are assigned to these seven heavens: first heaven—Gabriel, second heaven—Zachariel and Raphael, third heaven—Anahel, fourth heaven—Michael, fifth heaven—Sandalphon, sixth heaven—Zachiel, seventh heaven—Cassiel.3 The Bible, on the other hand, teaches there are only three heavens. About fourteen years before Paul wrote 2 Corinthians, he had
