Let me encourage you to keep busy in a daily routine. A regular work schedule is a good coping mechanism. Each day has its own particular tasks and problems, so get right at them. Postponing jobs can lead to daydreaming about how things used to be. If I need to prepare for a meeting, polish my shoes or wash the car, those are my first items of business. If I need to schedule a dental appointment or arrange special music for a church service, I immediately pick up the phone and make the call. Ecclesiastes
