Symeon the New Theologian: The Discourses is unavailable, but you can change that!

St. Symeon (942–1022), abbot, spiritual director, theologian and church reformer, was the great spiritual master of Eastern Christianity. His Discourses, the central work of his life, were preached to his monks during their Matins ritual.

But his mystical theology goes far beyond anything that cataphatic or positive theology could express in terms of dogmas and doctrines. He constantly falls back on the apophatic language of Saints Gregory of Nyssa and Gregory of Nazianzus. He knows human language cannot express what he has personally experienced and he knows he is not deluded.
