involved again until harvest, this represents the achievement of the purpose for which he sowed the seed. Since Jesus did not give the interpretation of this parable, we must make this out for ourselves. But that does not seem too hard; the parable sounds very much like what we have been reading thus far in the chapter. Surely the seed, again, is the Word of the Kingdom of God as proclaimed by Jesus and those He commissioned to help Him; see on v. 14. This parable, however, is not about different
