cannot discuss higher-level theology, but they love God and are led by the Holy Spirit—while someone else knows the Bible well but does not live it out. It is clearly not enough to know the Bible or theology, or even how to apply it to our lives. Living biblically means having both a character that reflects the nature of God and actions that reveal a life of obedience to him. This might seem like a strange point to make in a book about how to read and apply the Bible. But it is an important one.
