Choosing the path of humble service is a major lesson of the Incarnation. How can you esteem or value others as better than yourself (Phil. 2:3) when you have greater intelligence or talent than they do or when you don’t like them? What sorts of tasks in the church does pride want you to think are beneath your dignity? What does the example of Jesus suggest to you is the measure of how highly the Father will exalt you in His kingdom? What opportunities to serve the Lord and people are available to
