Saturday 10th April We were at the Church for the outreach today. Malcolm was getting stuck in but I was still really low and to be honest am not sure why I bothered to go. It has been a terrible week. After my period had come I was depressed, distraught, gutted. It has been a very, very, dark week. One of the elders at the Church was talking to me about stuff and I was totally unable to cope with what he was saying. I stood up to leave and Malcolm came over and gave me a hug.
