On April 18, 1906, the Los Angeles Times reported “a weird babble of tongues” amid “wild scenes” in the mission. Soon Azusa Street was the scene of a pilgrimage from around the world. By the end of 1906 Seymour officially incorporated his ministry as the Pacific Apostolic Faith Mission and began publishing
