The reality is we can be going along in our work as a team, our process can be moving very efficiently, and at that same time, realities are changing around us. Team members’ needs are going to be changing. The skills and capacities that they bring to the table can be changing. The external environment, either in the organization or in the external dimensions beyond the organization, can be changing
