This book aims to fulfill the goals of The Lectio Continua Expository Commentary on the New Testament. The chief goals of the series are to be rigorously exegetical, God-centered, redemptive-historical, sin-exposing, Gospel-trumpeting, and teeming with application. I have sought to meet these goals, though I have left much of the exegetical nuts-and-bolts behind the scenes, as this series is primarily expositional.
