And the civil government (law enforcement) should be sought if there are any illegal behaviors within the family or church. As we rightfully submit to all the authorities God has placed over us, we are also protected from any authorities that have become abusive. Any man, woman, or child who is under oppressive authority should seek counsel and help from the other human authorities God has provided. And it is imperative
