If we see jealousy, our hearts believe that life can be found in what other people have. Furthermore, not only do we want it, we wish they didn’t have it. We see God as our errand boy who has not given us what we wanted or deserved. If we see disrespect of authority, our hearts say that we want nothing above ourselves: not parents, not a boss, not God.
