I suspect that mostly we tend to interpret the holiness of Sunday in accord with personal preference or the recently formed traditions of our local Christian subculture. As the apostle to the Gentiles, Paul never urged either circumcision or Sabbath-keeping on his converts or the churches. There is no way that the Sabbath could
