So far as the antichrist is concerned, those who deny that Jesus is the Messiah are branded as antichrist according to John. If they deny that Jesus Christ came in the flesh, they are demonstrating the antichrist spirit. If they propagate this teaching they are branded as seducers and deceivers. The reason is obvious.
