Yahweh is coming forth from his place, and he shall come down and tread upon the high places of the earth; and the mountains shall melt beneath him, and the valleys will rip themselves open— like wax before fire, like waters rushing down a slope. Yahweh is not only the witness who accuses (1:2), but the judge who comes.
