We know more about Jeremiah than we do about any other prophet. In his writings Jeremiah tells us a great deal, not only about what was happening, but also about his own thoughts, feelings, and reactions to events. Thus we can identify with Jeremiah, and we can learn how to face hard times and trying events and trust God—even when things don’t get better.
