In the previous chapter we dealt with the emotional wound of shame. We saw that Jesus endured our shame that we in turn might share His glory. In this chapter we deal with rejection. What is the opposite of rejection? Acceptance. Here is the exchange: Jesus endured our rejection that we might have His acceptance.
