Many leaders have a bigger vision than can be assimilated and lived by their followers. When leaders lose touch with this reality, they become angry and their followers become frustrated. The leader’s challenge is to maintain a healthy tension between vision and reality, between what can be and what is. Leaders must plan for the best, expect the worst, and adjust to what actually happens. While this is challenging (and can be painful) on a corporate level, it is even more difficult on a personal
