Gary Carr provides a brief survey of the basic elements of sermon preparation and delivery. The course delineates the basic parts of a sermon, defines the terms involved in preaching, and describes several different types of sermons. Carr discusses other issues related to preaching, like the preacher’s character, humor, logic, mannerisms, and speech.
