It is interesting to note that the second day of creation is the only creation day in which God did not say that it was good; yet it was undoubtedly magnificent. So why didn’t He pronounce it to be good? It appears that on day two God did not create; He simply used what He had already created on day one. On the rest of the creation days He brought into existence that which did not come from any previously existing matter or other life forms.
