The primary readings of the Byzantine Textform are established in a straightforward manner: subject to additional confirmation, when a reading in von Soden’s apparatus is identified by a bold K, that reading becomes the main text in the present edition (K = Κοινη = the Byzantine Textform). Where von Soden makes no statement regarding bold K, his main text represents the Byzantine reading, and is reproduced without change. Where his bold K is divided, the Kx subgroup
