Introduction to Pentecostal Doctrine is unavailable, but you can change that!

An examination of the four cardinal doctrines of the Assemblies of God: Salvation, Baptism in the Holy Spirit, Healing, and the Second Coming of Christ. After an introductory unit on the importance of doctrine, there is a unit of study on each of the doctrines. This course is essential to the further understanding of the complete Pentecostal message as presented in other courses.

The Ordinances of the Church (6) include water baptism and the Lord’s Supper. Water baptism commemorates salvation as the burial of past rebellion against God and resurrection to a new life of fellowship with God. The Lord’s Supper or Communion commemorates Christ’s great sacrifice for our salvation. The Initial Physical Evidence of the Baptism in the Holy Ghost (8), or speaking in tongues, is the biblical pattern for entry into an empowered Spirit-filled life.
