The question regarding Paul’s usage of allegorical and pesher interpretation has brought many diverse responses. Some scholars, such as James D. G. Dunn and Longenecker, see 1 Corinthians 9:9–10, Galatians 4:22–31, and 2 Corinthians 3:7–18 as examples of a form of allegorical interpretation.64 Others, among them A. T.
