Prayer and fasting are not optional. This is not about negotiating with God or trying to work out a “win-win” for the both of you, or acting as if everyone else is responsible. You are responsible. Your church is responsible. I am responsible. My church is responsible. Now is the time to lead on in America and the world God’s way. God’s way is with humility that comes through prayer and fasting. When we do, this is what will happen. Read it slowly. After this I will pour out My Spirit on all humanity;
