The values of praise, confrontation, challenge, and exhortation are critically important to leaders and their support systems. Again, all Christian leaders’ values emanate from Christ, and like Christ their values are rock solid; however, leaders are charged with the responsibility of maintaining values alignment by periodically checking their values against those communicated in the Word of God in order
