O God, breathe Your presence into our hearts so that You may shine forth from our lives. A missionary from Africa said that he has often been touched by seeing how the native Christians, when they give their hearts to Jesus, do not stand or kneel in prayer, but lie down with their foreheads to the ground and cry out to God with loud voices. I sometimes wish that more Christians would do this. However, we do not need to do it literally. Let us do it in spirit, for the everlasting Son of God has come
