A. W. Tozer said, “If God were to take the Holy Spirit out of the world, most of what the church is doing would go right on and nobody would know the difference.” A sobering thought. Organization should be a blessing, not a burden, and a means of getting work done, not hindering it. The size of the congregation determines the amount of organization the church needs. Accept the organization as you find it. If the Lord convinces you of areas that are not scriptural, discuss the matter with your key leaders
