The book of Deuteronomy is the final book of the Law, and it completes the Torah scrolls. It contains Moses’ three speeches to the new generation of Israelites who were about to enter the Promised Land. The book ends with the Song of Moses (chap. 32), the blessing of Moses (chap. 33), and the transition of leadership to Joshua (chap. 34).
