cleaning type, then you are going to have to recognize that cleaning is a necessary, mundane task, and you may just need to buy yourself some pink glittery scrubbing gloves and get on with the work! The bottom line with cleaning is that we have to find what works for us. Set a timer, make a list, dangle a reward in front of yourself, make it a game (and involve your little ones), play music, but do something! And know why you’re doing it. The “why” is powerful.
