Since discipleship as a whole is relational, discipleship with students is even more so because of the nature of teenagers. Students are already relational. Developmentally, adolescents find their identity through their relationships. They adopt the moral values of those closest to them, and their faith is very interdependent with those they trust and respect. This is exciting news if our student ministries are filled with godly adults ready to reproduce themselves in students. This is alarming news
