The question is always asked of me in those situations what can be done when things are so threaded, wound up, and messed up that there doesn’t seem to be any way to unravel it to get back to where it should have been. In these times, all you can do is to repent for what you have done right where you are, and then from that point forward to live a life of faith and obedience.
