There is a remarkable headstone in the cemetery of Christ Church, Frederica, Georgia. A marble ball depicting the globe stands about four feet high. Written in circular fashion near the top of the sphere are these words: “Lois Mary McClain, born 11 May, 1930, married 29 December, 1956, died 25 July, 1960. The greatest maxim I can give is make the most of the hours you live.”
