8He will come to convict the world of sin, to show the world what has God’s approval, and to convince the world that God judges it. 9He will convict the world of sin, because people don’t believe in me. 10He will show the world what has God’s approval, because I’m going to the Father and you won’t see me anymore. 11He will convince the world that God judges it, because the ruler of this world has been judged.

NIVNew International Version (2011)

When he comes, he will prove the world to be in the wrong about sin and righteousness and judgment: about sin, because people do not believe in me; about righteousness, because I am going to the Father, where you can see me no longer; and about judgment, because the prince of this world now stands condemned.

CSBChristian Standard Bible

When he comes, he will convict the world about sin, righteousness, and judgment: About sin, because they do not believe in me; about righteousness, because I am going to the Father and you will no longer see me; and about judgment, because the ruler of this world has been judged.

NLTNew Living Translation

And when he comes, he will convict the world of its sin, and of God’s righteousness, and of the coming judgment. The world’s sin is that it refuses to believe in me. LEBThe Lexham English Bible

And when he comes, he will convict the world concerning sin and concerning righteousness and concerning judgment: concerning sin, because they do not believe in me, and concerning righteousness, because I am going away to the Father and you will see me no more, and concerning judgment, because the ruler of this world has been condemned.

KJV 1900King James Version

And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: Of sin, because they believe not on me; Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more; Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.
