Romans 8:6–7

For to set uthe mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace. For the mind that is set on the flesh is vhostile to God, for it does not submit to God’s law; windeed, it cannot.

Romans 8:6–7 — The New International Version (NIV)

The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace. The mind governed by the flesh is hostile to God; it does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so.
