Isaiah 32:1–3
1 Behold, a king shall reign in righteousness, and princes shall rule in judgment. 2 And a man shall be as a hiding-place from the wind, and a covert from the storm; as brooks of water in a dry place, as the shadow of a great rock in a thirsty land. 3 And the eyes of them that see shall not be dim, and the ears of them that hear shall hearken;
Isaiah 32:1–3 — New International Version (2011) (NIV)
1 See, a king will reign in righteousness
and rulers will rule with justice.
2 Each one will be like a shelter from the wind

3 Then the eyes of those who see will no longer be closed,
and the ears of those who hear will listen.

3 People will look to the king for help,
and they will truly listen to what he says.
