SALMO 129
EL SEÑOR ES JUSTO
Cántico de peregrinación.
Desde mi juventud fueron muchos mis rivales,
— Israel es testigo—;
desde mi juventud fueron muchos mis rivales,
mas no han podido conmigo.
Labradores araron mi espalda,
abrieron sus largos surcos.
Pero el Señor es justo,
ha roto el yugo de los malvados.
¡Que se avergüencen y huyan
cuantos odian a Sión!
Que sean como hierba del tejado
que antes de arrancarla se seca
y no llena la mano del segador,
ni el regazo de quien ata las gavillas;
tampoco los que pasan dicen:
“¡Que los bendiga el Señor;
en nombre del Señor los bendecimos!”.
