mirará después a la tierra:
verá persecución y tiniebla,
verá oscuridad angustiosa,
noche cerrada sin luz.
Pues no hay escape posible
para quien se halla acosado.
LUZ INTENSA
En otro tiempo humilló
al país de Zabulón
y al país de Neftalí;
al final ensalzará
el camino de la mar,
cuando se cruza el Jordán:
Galilea de los paganos.
El pueblo que a oscuras caminaba
vio surgir una luz deslumbradora;
habitaban un país tenebroso
y una luz brillante los cubrió.
