to nurse their young,

but my people have become heartless

like ostriches in the desert.

3 Even the sea monsters draw out the breast, they give suck to their young ones:

but not my people Israel.

They ignore their children’s cries,

To nurse their young;

to feed their young,

but my people are cruel

like ostriches in the desert.

but the women of my people are as cruel as wild ostriches.
